Having spent over 32 years in  the field of education and psychology, I have counseled  closely with students, parents, educators, and institutions to create inclusive, value-driven learning environments. My journey began as a passionate teacher at Delhi Public School, where I spent  26 years shaping young minds and supporting families through their children’s educational and emotional challenges. I have served as Director of Indian’s largest educational conglomerate driving changes in schools across West Bengal. I have counseled women and children during my journey as counselor for the past 15 years.
